Job Description:
Join our supportive team in Lehigh, Pennsylvania as a Paraprofessional! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students. This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support students with special needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum
  • Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
  • Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have an Associate's degree or higher
  • Or 48 or more college credits
  • Paraprofessional cert for Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student learning
