Hiring School-Based RN in Peterborough, NH

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Peterborough, NH area. 

Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid, medication, and treatments to students according to health care plans and physician directives.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies in students.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunization monitoring in compliance with state regulations.
• Provide health education and promote healthy practices among students and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create individualized health plans for students with special health care needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
• Respond to health emergencies and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Requirements: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in New Hampshire.
• Previous school-based experience, particularly with elementary school caseloads.
• Completion of a background check in accordance with district policies.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
