Job Description:

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs.
• Conduct therapy sessions and support students in developing communication skills.
• Collaborate with the supervising SLP and other school staff to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Engage with students and parents to provide updates and support.

Qualifications:

• Valid  WA SLPA license required.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Dedication to supporting students in achieving their communication goals.
