Location: Allentown, PA

School Year: 2024 - 2025

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide specialized instruction tailored to meet the unique academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure effective delivery of services and supports.
Utilize appropriate instructional strategies and resources to promote student progress towards IEP goals.
Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and attendance.
Qualifications:
 

Required or Non-negotiables:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree preferred.
• State license with special education endorsement
