School Psychologist – Albemarle, NC

Location: Albemarle, NC (Itinerant)
Position: Full-Time School Psychologist
Start/End Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025 (with the opportunity to continue through the 2025-2026 school year)
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

We are seeking a School Psychologist to provide services in Albemarle, NC, for the 2025-2026 school year. The role is itinerant, with duties spanning across Pre-K through 12th grade students. This position is open to hybrid arrangements, with most meetings conducted virtually and occasional in-person observations and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based psychological services to students of all grade levels (Pre-K – 12th grade)
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and observations
• Develop individualized plans for students based on assessment findings
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Document progress and utilize ECATS/Google for record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina School Psychologist License
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessments and intervention strategies
