We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Danville, IL! This opportunity is perfect for candidates passionate about working with K-12 students district-wide. Interviews are being scheduled quickly, so apply now!
Position Details:

• Location: Danville, IL (30 Miles East of Champaign)
• Full-Time: 35 Hours Per Week
• Caseload: K-12 Students, District Wide
• Pay: $40–$50/hour based on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educators License (PEL)
• LBS1 Endorsement Preferred
• Expert knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), function-based interventions, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Exceptional skill in using assessment data to create individualized work plans for students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
