Position Details:

• Location: Leonardtown, MD
• Schedule: Part-time, 2-3 days per week
• Target Group: Elementary school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators and parents to monitor and adjust strategies.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
