Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other ABA staff.
- Design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and evidence-based practices.
- Implement behavior intervention plans directly and/or through training and supervision of support staff.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficient in data collection and analysis software.

- Full-time
- 30-40 hours a week
