Job Description:
Contribute to student success in St. Clair by:

• Assisting in classroom instruction to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Providing personalized academic support to students needing extra help.
• Helping manage classroom behavior and fostering a positive environment.
• Monitoring students during transitions and non-instructional periods.
• Supporting the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of a background check and fingerprinting (as required by the district).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a state-approved assessment demonstrating your ability to assist with reading, writing, and mathematics.
