Inclusive Learning Architect (SPED) Sandy, OR

Responsibilities

  • Design individualized learning experiences to address unique student strengths and challenges.
  • Provide instruction in academic, social, and physical development skills.
  • Collaborate with therapists and school psychologists to support student success.
  • Monitor student progress and update IEPs to reflect growth and new goals.
  • Assist students in transitioning smoothly between grades and life stages.

Details & Requirements

  • Primarily elementary needs, split between K-2 and 3-5 bands.
  • Mostly self-contained Developmentally Delayed (DD) or Intellectually Delayed (ID) caseloads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field required.
  • Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong experience in creating and implementing IEPs preferred.
