We are hiring multiple paraprofessionals to join our school district in Weston, MA! Our paras will be assisting our special education classrooms in 1:1 support based roles. If you are interested, please read the description below and apply.

Location: Weston, MA
Duration: ASAP - June 2025
Full Time: 32.5 hours a week
Caseload: Assisting students 1:1

Job Duties

• Work with Resource, self-contained classrooms, cognitively impaired, emotionally impaired students
• Support the student with academic tasks, including reading, writing, and comprehension, under the direction of the classroom teacher. 
• Provide assistance to students with special needs throughout the day, ensuring they have access to general curriculum and classroom activities.
• Help with personal care needs, such as mobility, toileting and feeding, if required. 
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to implement the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEPs).

Requirements:

• Two years at an institution of higher education or an Associate's degree or a para educator certificate
• Experience working with special education students with behavioral aid preferred
• Must have reliable transportation

Hourly Pay: $20-22+
