Interviewing Now! Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Needed in Franklin, IL for School Opening

Our partner school in Franklin, Illinois, has an opening for an onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) for the current school year. We are seeking a caring applicant who wants to work with kids of all levels and satisfies the requirements listed below!


Position Details:

• Current School Year
• Full time: up to 40 hours per week 
• Caseload: grades K - 12th, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Rate: $40 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experiences

Requirements:

• Must have an active Illinois OT License
• Must have Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Must be licensed through the Illinois Board
• Previous experience with IEP's preferred, but not required

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, visual-motor coordination, self-care abilities, and functional performance.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, setting goals and objectives that address students' specific needs.
• Provide individual and group occupational therapy sessions to students, implementing evidence-based interventions to improve their functional abilities.
