Job Open: Paraprofessional Needed in North St. Paul, MN

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instruction and managing classroom activities.
• Support students with special needs, ensuring individualized accommodations are met.
• Monitor student behavior and assist in implementing positive behavior strategies.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for academic, social, or emotional needs.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of at least two years of study at an institution of higher education, or an associate degree, or passing the ParaPro Assessment.
• Experience working in a school setting or with children is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
