Job Opportunity: 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pittsburgh, PA

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Discipline: RBT
Dates: January 2 – End of School Year (ESY)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Caseload/Details:

• 1:1 support for a high school student with Autism.
• The student is non-verbal and uses a Letterboard to communicate.
• The student has had a few aggressive episodes recently, gets dysregulated, and attempts to elope (though not far).
• There is a BCBA on-site to assist with behavioral management.

Position Type:

• On-site only (no virtual options).
• One position available.

Job Duties:

• Full-time role through the end of the school year.
• Provide 1:1 support to the student, ensuring safety and communication.
• Work closely with the BCBA and other team members to address behavioral issues.

Requirements:

• Eagerness to work with students in this field.
• Willingness to collaborate with other professionals.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn the Letterboard system for communication.
