Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Blazer Jobs is actively recruiting a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional services to students in Valdosta, Georgia. This position focuses on enhancing students' ability to perform tasks in their daily school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and resources to school staff on strategies to support students' occupational needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least one year of experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
