Hours: Up to 32.5 hours per week
Job Description:
We are hiring three SLPAs to join a dynamic school-based team in Lynn, MA. These roles involve working closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide therapy and support to students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in providing therapy services based on student needs.
- Implement therapy plans and document progress under the SLP’s supervision.
- Collaborate with staff, teachers, and families to support students’ communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Caseload:
- To be determined but designed to be manageable and focused on impactful support for students.
Required Credentials:
- Must meet Massachusetts state requirements for SLPAs.
- School experience is preferred but not required.
This opportunity offers flexibility in hours, with both part-time and full-time roles available.
