Job Details:

• Location: Quinlan, TX
• Position: Full-time
• Contract Duration: School Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities
• Provide direct instruction in small group or one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure student success
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Valid Texas Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and follow personalized learning plans
