We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a full-time, school-based position providing essential support to students with occupational therapy needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in providing therapy services
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support student success
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student development
• Support a caseload based on a workload model

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina COTA license
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work full-time through the current and upcoming school year
