Hours: 2-3 days per week
Caseload:

• Low Incidence Program at Marple Educational Center (K-22).
• Focus on younger students, including:
• Autism Support (AS) for Grades 3-5
• Life Skills Support (LLS) for Grades 1-5
• Multiple Disabilities Support (MDS) for Kindergarten to Grade 2

• AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience is essential.
• Caseload is based in one building—no travel required.

  Position Overview:
  Blazer Jobs is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide maternity leave coverage in Aston, PA. This role supports a low incidence program with younger students across various support needs. The position is ideal for an SLP with AAC expertise and a passion for working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in the Autism Support, Life Skills Support, and Multiple Disabilities Support programs.
  • Implement and manage AAC systems for effective communication.
  • Collaborate with a team of SLPs sharing the caseload to ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete necessary documentation and contribute to IEPs and progress reports.

  Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current SLP license in Pennsylvania.
  • AAC experience is a must.
  • Prior experience with low incidence populations preferred.
