Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students' motor skills and physical needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to address students' physical challenges
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed
• Provide guidance and training to school personnel on strategies to support students' physical development

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Valid Illinois license in Physical Therapy
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
