We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students. This role involves working directly with K-12 students to provide specialized therapeutic interventions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and school staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional abilities and challenges in the school environment.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapeutic activities into the school day.
• Monitor and document students' progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Provide training and support to school staff and parents for implementing strategies that support students’ functional independence.
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district regulations.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
