Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - K-12 (2024-2025)

Location: Winnetka, IL (North Chicago)

Job Type: Full-time (2024-2025 School Year)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Caseload/Details:

  • K-12 Caseload
  • District Wide/Multiple Buildings
  • Duties include evaluations, IEP development, direct/indirect services, meetings, supervision, and consults.

Description: Join our dedicated team in Winnetka, IL, for the 2024-2025 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time position involves working across multiple buildings with K-12 students, providing essential behavioral support and interventions. You'll play a key role in evaluations, IEP development, and both direct and indirect services to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct and indirect services, including behavior management and intervention strategies.
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, consultations, and supervision sessions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Ensure all services comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA License/Certification in Illinois required.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and their application in an educational environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school buildings.
