Blazer Jobs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person position in Lynn, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive school setting, providing behavioral interventions for students in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and school staff.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support teams to optimize student success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Minimum one year of experience as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral management.
