To work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minnesota, candidates must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Minnesota Department of Health SLP license, and ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred. School-based SLPs must also hold a Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) certification.
