Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Topeka, KS

Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a school district in Topeka, Kansas, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions to address students' communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of students' progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide valuable input and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Valid Kansas state license/certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
