Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – K-3 Support
Location: New Hampshire
Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in grades K-3 with behavioral challenges. In this role, you will work directly with multiple Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide individualized support to students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in managing behavioral challenges within a school setting.
• Work closely with BCBAs to implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Support classroom engagement and social-emotional learning.
• Document and track student progress based on provided guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with behavioral needs preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a school setting.
