K-8th Grade School Counselor Job - Kalispell, Montana

We are hiring a School Counselor for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are committed to guiding students through their educational journey, we want to hear from you. Requirements:

• Master’s Level Degree 
• Must hold an active School Counseling State Teaching License
• Virtual : State License & 2 years of School 's Experience

Job Details:

• Start & End Date: 2024 -2025 School Year 
• Hours: Full Time/ Part Time
• Caseload Details: More details can be discussed during an interview.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other school staff to identify and address students' needs. Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs that promote students' academic, personal, and social development, ensuring a safe and supportive school environment.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address academic, career, personal, and social challenges. Help students develop coping strategies, decision-making skills, and resilience to navigate their school experience successfully.   
• Typically work alongside School Psychologists
