Job Description:

BlazerJobs is actively seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Claremont, NH for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, in-person position provides the opportunity to work with students across K-12, offering essential mental health support to promote student well-being and academic success. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to K-12 students to address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school staff.
• Conduct assessments and offer intervention strategies to support students' mental health.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and other relevant school functions.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid New Hampshire Mental Health Counselor License.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
