A school in Chester, PA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our school health team. The LPN will provide comprehensive health services to students, ensuring their physical well-being and promoting a healthy school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer first aid and emergency care to students and staff.

Manage chronic health conditions and medications for students.

Conduct health screenings and assessments.

Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.
Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in PA.

CPR and First Aid certification.

Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric care is preferred.
