Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) | Covington, GA

Location: Madison, GA (30 minute drive from Covington, GA)
Position Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with trach experience to provide 1:1 care for a student in Madison, just 30 minutes from Covington. This part-time role will involve working closely with the student to ensure their medical needs are met during school hours, and may include riding the bus to and from school with the student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care for the student, including tracheostomy management.
• Monitor the student's health and respond to any medical needs during the school day.
• Potential bus riding responsibilities to ensure the student’s safety during transport.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure proper care and communication.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of the student's care.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, 20-25 hours per week.
• Exact schedule to be determined based on the student’s needs and school hours.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $32+ for LPN, $40+ for RN (based on experience and qualifications).

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience with tracheostomy care is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, attentive care.
