Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a school position near Covington, GA for the 2024-2025 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on students' health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all IEP components, including medical histories and care plans.
- Provide support for diabetic care, healthcare plans, seizure management, and G-tube feedings.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure the health needs of students are met.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Current GA LPN License/Certificate.
- CPR and BLS Certification.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
