Job Description:

As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the well-being of students, families, and the school community. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing counseling and intervention services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create and implement strategies to support students' social and emotional development.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized plans to address students' needs.
• Connecting families with community resources and support services as necessary.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing expertise to enhance student success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to physically restrain students if needed
• Experience working in an educational setting preferred.
