Licensed Special Education Teaching Job Open - Beaufort, SC
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and school staff.
- Provide differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Support the social and emotional development of students.
- Ensure compliance with South Carolina’s special education policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- South Carolina teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
- Familiarity with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and IDEA standards.
- Experience in school settings with students with disabilities is preferred.
