Blazer Jobs is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential health services in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will support students' medical needs, ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and provide direct nursing care to students.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies.
• Assist with health screenings and maintain accurate medical records.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Educate students and staff on health-related topics and preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with state health regulations and school policies.

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide compassionate care.
