Position: Part-Time LPN, 18 hours/week (4.5 hours per day; 4 days per week)

The LPN will need to administer & monitor all hydration, Tube feedings / Blends, Oral blends and Medications.
Qualifications:

Active LPN license in WA

Associates Degree in Nursing

CPR Certification
