Job Title: School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Oakland, CA (K-12 Caseload)

Now Hiring! We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with K-12 students, supporting them through behavior interventions and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for K-12 students, identifying target behaviors and developing personalized intervention strategies.
- Create, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address student behavior concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide behavioral support and ensure successful implementation of interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings to discuss behavior plans, goals, and student progress.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on effective behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on student progress and behavioral data.
- Adjust intervention plans based on ongoing monitoring and student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working in a school setting or with K-12 students (preferred)
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and behavior plan development
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively with students, teachers, and families
