Responsibilities:
Provide support to students in and outside the classroom under the direction of certified teachers
Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students
Monitor and report on student progress

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dedication to supporting the educational success of all students
