Job Description:
Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? We have an immediate opening for an SLP to cover a maternity leave position from November to March in the beautiful state of Maine.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Valid Maine state license to practice as an SLP.
ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is preferred.
