Job Description:

Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? We have an immediate opening for an SLP to cover a maternity leave position from November to March in the beautiful state of Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

  • Valid Maine state license to practice as an SLP.

  • ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is preferred.
