Middle and High School Special Education Teacher Job

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and document student growth, modifying strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents and other educators.
• Stay informed of best practices and compliance standards in special education.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid Wisconsin DPI Special Education License.
  • Specialization in Cross-Categorical or other specific areas is beneficial.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in special education.
