Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Stoneham, MA

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school district team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs. This role involves collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to create positive and effective learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
• Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavior strategies
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
