Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students
Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Arizona teaching certification in Special Education
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
