Special Education Teacher - Middle School
Location: Racine, WI
Discipline: Special Education Teacher (Middle School)

Hours:

• Full-time
• 7 hours per day

Caseload/Details:

• Full-time position working with middle school students
• Responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with general education teachers and other support staff
• Provide academic support tailored to students with a variety of disabilities
• Collaboration with parents/guardians and school staff to ensure the success of students
• Inclusive, safe classroom environment promoting student growth

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Special Education Teacher in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous experience working with middle school students in a special education setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to create engaging and effective lessons for students with diverse learning needs
