• Assess student progress regularly and adapt instructional methods accordingly, utilizing data-driven insights to ensure meaningful growth.
• Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment, promoting social and emotional well-being while addressing any behavioral challenges.
• Leverage assistive technology and educational resources to enhance students' learning experiences, fostering independence and confidence.
• Provide accommodations and support during assessments and exams, ensuring equal opportunities for all students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports, IEPs, and communication logs, to track student development and facilitate effective collaboration.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in special education.
• Embrace a growth mindset, seeking continuous improvement in teaching strategies and advocating for the needs of exceptional learners.

Requirements:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education, reflecting expertise and knowledge of specialized instructional strategies.
• Previous experience working with middle school students with special needs is highly desirable, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique challenges and strengths.
