Position: Paraprofessional

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the classroom by providing support to students with their educational needs.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce lessons and help with assignments.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, and recess.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior monitoring.
• Support students with special needs by implementing IEPs and accommodation plans.
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to supporting students' educational growth.
• Professional references required.
