Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team for the 2025-2026 academic year. This full-time, onsite position will involve working with a diverse K-12 caseload of approximately 40-50 students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their educational and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Assess and develop individualized therapy plans to address students' needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
• Participate in meetings and provide guidance for student intervention plans.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
