Pay Rate: Starting at $45/hour
License Requirement: Must possess a valid WA OT License

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our educational team and support students’ developmental needs. The position is available for immediate start and will run through June 17, 2025. The role involves working onsite only, with a caseload expected to be primarily in elementary school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized plans

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement effective intervention strategies

• Support students in achieving optimal functional outcomes through tailored therapy sessions

• Document and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with state regulations and school policies

• Adapt and modify activities to promote participation and engagement in educational tasks

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Washington

• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
