Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school setting. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with the school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges.
• Collect and record data on student behavior as directed by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
• Conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Hold a current RBT certification.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and other professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the students and the school.

Contract Details:

• This is a full-time contract position.
• Competitive pay starting at $24 per hour.
• Guaranteed hours for the duration of the contract.
• Contract period from December 4th to May 24th, 2024.
