We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Teachers to join our team in sunny Florida! We have multiple positions available for PreK Autism Teachers and 3rd-5th Grade Special Education Teachers. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse needs.
• Provide a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, support staff, and other professionals to ensure the success of students.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related meetings.
• Ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Florida teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with autism and/or in 3rd-5th grade.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
