Multiple Special Education Teachers Needed - Phoenix, AZ

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher for the 23 -24 School Year. You will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, providing instruction, and ensuring that students with diverse learning needs receive a high-quality education.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours

Caseload: Caseload: Middle school students

Start/End: 8/5/2024- 5/23/2025

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Education or related field
• Valid Arizona Teaching License for Special Education
• Must have Fingerprint Cards & AZ Certs CPI Training is a plus
• Experience working with diverse learners and students with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities/Details:

1. Provide instruction in a variety of subjects, including but not limited to: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies
2. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education
3. Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust instruction as needed
4. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for home practice
