Are you passionate about working with special needs students? We’re seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician ("RBT")/Behavior Aide near Mountain Brook, AL for the 2024-2025 school year.
Job Details:

• Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025
• Hours: 35-37.5 hours/week
• Caseload:
  • Work in a self-contained classroom (not 1:1).
  • Support students with intellectual and emotional delays.
  • Assist with moderate behaviors, including toileting for younger students.
• RBT Note: Certification will be inactive in this role (no BCBA at the site).

Qualifications:

• ABA experience is a must.
• CPI Certification (or equivalent training program) required.
• Lapsed RBT cert or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field (Psychology, ABA, Education, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe and productive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to address behavioral needs.
• Implement individualized strategies to manage dysregulation.

Pay Range:
$22-$30 per hour depending on experience.
